Live coverage starts 9:30 a.m. Friday

This is the official live coverage page for the Social Media Futures' Academy, a one-day youth conference focusing on social media issues facing high school students. Video and interactive commentary will be streamed here from 9:30 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. April 30.

SFMA is part of the FutureWeb 2010 conference, co-located with the international WWW2010 conference at the Raleigh (North Carolina) Convention Center.

Keynote speeches from Chris DiBona, open source and public programs manager for Google, and Greg DeKoenigsberg, senior community architect for Red Hat, are scheduled during the live coverage time.

Extend the discussion before, during and after the session on Twitter by using the #smfa and #fw2010 hashtags.

FutureWeb 2010 is hosted by the Imagining the Internet Center at Elon University.
